Your subscription includes:
- Delivery to the address of your choice
- The Family Pack with each bike for a complete experience
- Preventive maintenance every 4 to 6 months to keep your bike in perfect condition
- On-site intervention in case of a breakdown. Immobilize the bike, and we’ll take care of it.
- Assistance service for you and your bike if you encounter a problem more than 1 km from your home
Not included in your subscription:
- Aesthetic damages and losses (keys, charger, accessories, etc.)
- Travel expenses outside the service area or in case of a missed appointment
