Welgo offers several optional accessories with the Subscription. This Annex I provides information on the costs and limitations for the relevant accessory, as stated in Welgo's General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of loss or damage to accessories, Welgo reserves the right to charge the Member fees up to the maximum amount indicated in the table below:
- Child Seat: €90 (VAT included)
- Rearview Mirror: €30 (VAT included)
- Panniers: €120 (VAT included)
- Locks: €120 (VAT included)
- Battery Charger: €90 (VAT included)
The child seat can only be used by children aged between nine (9) months and three (3) years and/or weighing less than twenty-two kilograms (22 kg), and in accordance with the manufacturer's user manual.
All amounts stated in this Annex I include all applicable taxes.
Annex II - Overview of Fees
This Annex II provides an overview of the fees mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions of Welgo.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged key as stated in Article 5.2 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions – €50.00
- Fees for violating the conditions set for standard use as mentioned in Article 6.14 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions. Welgo Subscriptions do not allow the Member to use Welgo for commercial purposes and/or to exceed one thousand kilometers (1,000 km) per month – €200.00
- Administrative fees as stated in Article 6.15 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions. Welgo reserves the right to charge the Member fees for administrative processing related to fees, fines, penalties, or other monetary sanctions imposed on Welgo by third parties due to acts or omissions of the Member – €40.00
- Unjustified exchanges as stated in Article 7.5 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions. In cases where an exchange is deemed unjustified, Welgo reserves the right to charge the Member fees. Examples where these fees apply: 1) situations where Welgo has to go to a location other than the designated location to retrieve a bike 2) situations where the Member does not show up for an appointment with Welgo 3) situations where the Member cancels less than 2 hours before the appointment – €24.00
- Fees for the loss of a bike, as stated in Articles 11.1 and 11.3 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions. If the Member loses the bike provided by Welgo, Welgo reserves the right to charge the Member fees for the loss of the bike. The amount of these fees is defined by how the bike was locked and/or whether the Member is able to return the key(s) and/or, if applicable, whether the Member is able to return the battery to Welgo. If the bike was not properly locked, additional negligence fees will apply. The maximum fee for the loss of a bike is as follows for each scenario:
- Loss of a bike locked with the provided lock to a fixed point (without the battery) – €300
- Loss of a bike that was not locked (without the battery) – €3,600
- Loss of a bike that was not locked (with the battery) – €4,000
- Fees for damage and/or loss of the battery, as stated in Article 11.1 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions – €600.00
- Fees for abusive behavior, as stated in Article 10.4 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions – €100.00
- Maximum fees for damage to the bike or parts of it, as stated in Article 11.2 of Welgo's General Terms and Conditions – €500.00
