How to report theft or vandalism?

In such cases, time is of the essence, and we kindly ask you to follow the steps below:

1. Report the incident in our app

Open the Welgo app and create a ticket to report the incident. This way, we can immediately get the necessary information and respond promptly.

2. File a police report

Please file a report with the police using the online service. Here is the link to the Berlin police website:

Make sure to list Welgo Deutschland GmbH, Dorfstraße 26, 15366 Berlin as the damaged party.

Insurer for the bike is Karl Fahrradversicherung

3. Send us the police report via email

Once you have submitted the police report, please send a copy to us via email:

If not already included in the app ticket, please provide a brief description of the incident and information regarding the affected bike in your email.
