- A Welgo administrator will handle the verification of your request and delete your account.
- If the account is up to date with payments, the request will be executed without further contact.
- Within 30 days, you will receive a final email confirming the permanent deletion of your account.
- Once the 30-day period begins, if you wish to retract and continue using Welgo services, please contact us directly.
⚠️ Warning: The deletion of your account is permanent, and all your personal data will be erased.
